Small Jobs and Handyman Work

Some jobs are too small for most contractors to bother with, so people put them off for months. Those are the ones we are happy to take.

A fan that needs taking down. A rail that wobbles. A bracket pulled out of the wall. Work like this rarely takes long, and it is easier when the person doing it already knows the property.

If we are coming out for an awning anyway, add the small stuff to the list and we will handle it in the same visit.

Typical small jobs

  • Taking down fans, fixtures and brackets
  • Tightening and re-fixing loose rails and handrails
  • Small exterior repairs around doors, windows and porches
  • Mounting and fixing items that need doing properly the first time
  • Odd jobs picked up while we are already on site

What it costs to find out

Nothing. We come out, look at the job and measure it, then give you a price for the work with the options written down. If a photo is enough to price it, we will tell you that instead of making you wait for a visit.
