Most single awnings go up in a day once the awning has been made. Bigger jobs and full storefronts take longer, and we give you the timing with the estimate.

Yes. The mounting changes with the wall, which is one of the things we check when we come out to measure.

Manual is cheaper and keeps working in a power cut. Motorized is easier if the awning is wide or you use it every day. We go through both when we quote.

Usually, if the frame is straight and sound. Most of the cost sits in the frame, so a new cover on a good frame is the cheapest way back to an awning that looks new.

Torn or stretched fabric, bent or seized arms, motors and remotes that stop responding, and brackets pulling away from the wall. All of it is worth a look before you replace the whole unit.

Often a photo is enough to tell us what we are dealing with. We still come out to measure before any work is agreed.

Wet snow is heavy and ice works the seams open. Fabric left up through a Connecticut winter is the main reason awnings need re-covering earlier than they should.

We can store it, or you can keep it somewhere dry at home. Tell us which you prefer when you book the take-down.
