What we collect
When you fill in an estimate or repair request we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town or ZIP code, the property type, the service you need, the description of the job and any photos you attach.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address the request came from. We store the IP address and browser details with your request so we can deal with spam and abuse.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to price the work, to arrange a visit and to keep a record of the job. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Who sees it
Only us, and the services that make the website work, meaning our web host and our email provider. If the law requires us to hand something over, we will.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept while we are dealing with them and afterwards as a record of work quoted or carried out. If you want your request deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
Photos you send
Photos attached to a request are stored privately on our server, not published on this website. If we ever want to show a photo of completed work on the site, we will ask you first.
Cookies
This website uses a session cookie that keeps the contact form secure. We do not run advertising trackers on it. If analytics is added later, this page will be updated to say so.
