Retractable Awning Installations
A deck or patio that gets too much afternoon sun. We measure the opening, check what the wall can carry, fit the frame and set the pitch so water runs off it.
Retractable awningsWe are photographing jobs as we complete them, and finished work will be shown on this page with the service, the property type and the town attached to it. Until a photograph is ours to show, we would rather describe the work honestly than fill the page with pictures of somebody else's.
Here is the work that fills most of our week.
A deck or patio that gets too much afternoon sun. We measure the opening, check what the wall can carry, fit the frame and set the pitch so water runs off it.
Retractable awningsNew covers and full installations for shops, restaurants and offices, usually scheduled early or late so the entrance stays clear during business hours.
Commercial awningsThe fabric is faded or torn and the frame is still straight. New cover on the old structure, which is the cheapest way back to an awning that looks new.
Repair and re-coveringFall removal before the snow, storage over winter, and re-hang in spring with the frame and fixings checked while the cover is off.
Take-down and storagePosts that have moved, gates that no longer latch, handrails working loose on porch steps. Repaired where it makes sense, rebuilt where it does not.
Fencing and railingsA fan taken down, a bracket re-fixed, a small exterior repair. Often added to a visit we are already making.
Small jobs and handymanSend a photo and your town. We will tell you what it needs and what it costs.
